A used engine is a smart choice when your car needs a full engine. It still has to match your VIN.
Will it fit my car?
The rule is the same for every engine. The year, the gearbox, and the code must match your car.
Low miles do not fix a wrong flywheel or a wrong cooler.
What we check
We look at the oil, the sump, and any damage. We test compression on each cylinder when we can.
We only show the history we have. If we do not know something, we do not make it up.
How to pick the right engine
Compare two engines by code, year, photos, and price. Do not compare them by the badge.
Warranty
Many engines come with up to 12 months warranty. A proper workshop must fit the engine. The warranty is for a fault inside the engine. It does not cover the wrong engine, a dry start, the wrong oil, or damage done after you open the crate.
Shipping
Crate shipping from Hamburg costs 299 EUR. We pack the engine in a strong crate and send it to the address on your order. You need a forklift or an engine crane to unload it.
